建筑結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)留孔洞位置應(yīng)正確，孔洞應(yīng)在風(fēng)管外100毫米以上。建筑結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)管與風(fēng)管的連接接口應(yīng)沿氣流方向插入，并采取密封措施。風(fēng)管與風(fēng)機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)外殼、空氣處理器等設(shè)備連接的地方，應(yīng)設(shè)置長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)為150 ~ 300 mm的柔性短管或按設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定設(shè)置。柔性短管不應(yīng)用作調(diào)準(zhǔn)和調(diào)平減壓連接管。位于結(jié)構(gòu)變形縫處的柔性短管長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)大于變形縫寬度100毫米以上，輸送冷凝水或水汽的風(fēng)管安裝坡度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。風(fēng)管底部不應(yīng)設(shè)置縱向接頭，風(fēng)管接頭應(yīng)密封。

對(duì)于襯墊材料，不得使用厚紙、紙板、石棉繩、鉛麻和油氈紙。墊圈材料應(yīng)盡量減少接頭。墊片材料的接頭應(yīng)采用梯形或榫頭連接，并應(yīng)粘接牢固。法蘭被均勻壓縮后，墊片材料的寬度應(yīng)與風(fēng)道內(nèi)壁齊平。風(fēng)管與潔凈室天花板、隔墻和其他圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的接縫應(yīng)緊密。

For gasket materials, thick paper, cardboard, asbestos rope, lead hemp and linoleum paper shall not be used. Gasket material shall minimize joints. The joints of gasket materials shall be connected by trapezoid or tenon, and shall be firmly bonded. 穿過(guò)輔助生產(chǎn)室要嚴(yán)密，不得設(shè)置接口。輸送空氣溫度高于80℃時(shí)，風(fēng)管應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定采取保護(hù)措施。風(fēng)管測(cè)量孔應(yīng)設(shè)置在便于測(cè)量和觀察的位置；天花板風(fēng)管上的測(cè)量孔應(yīng)留出相應(yīng)位置的活動(dòng)天花板或檢查門(mén)。當(dāng)隔熱風(fēng)管采用金屬法蘭和金屬加強(qiáng)件時(shí)，外露部分應(yīng)采取措施防止冷橋冷凝。

風(fēng)管安裝后，暫時(shí)未安裝的風(fēng)管開(kāi)口、過(guò)濾器開(kāi)口等開(kāi)口部位應(yīng)及時(shí)用塑料布妥善包裹，防止現(xiàn)場(chǎng)灰塵進(jìn)入清潔后的風(fēng)管，造成風(fēng)管二次污染。
