Spiral duct takes up a high proportion in the ventilation duct. It is widely used in many industries. As a common air duct component in production and life, it is mainly used to ventilate a relatively closed space, and also can be used to discharge liquid or transport light goods with low density. It has different applications in different situations. The spiral air duct is often exposed to the external environment and is vulnerable to the erosion of wind, frost, rain and snow. The corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel spiral air duct is mostly used, or in the non-corrosive gas scenario, in order to control the cost budget, the thickness of the plate can be thickened, such as 1.2/1.5/2.0, or the thickness of the zinc coating can be thickened, or even the internal and external three layers of paint can be used for corrosion prevention. The ideal design is 304 stainless steel spiral air duct.

There are three main cleaning methods for spiral air duct:

真空吸污：用相近有手握著式的真空吸污管來實(shí)際操作。用軟毛刷直接接觸管路內(nèi)腔以廢棄物。這類方式須通風(fēng)風(fēng)管有很大的檢修口使實(shí)際操作的工作人員可以盡量夠到但這類方式很有可能跳開一部分灰塵和廢棄物，由于通風(fēng)風(fēng)管不可以產(chǎn)生的負(fù)壓力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。而下列幾類方式能夠產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Vacuum suction: use a similar hand-held vacuum suction pipe for practical operation. Use a soft brush to directly contact the inner cavity of the pipeline to eliminate waste. This kind of method must have a large access hole for the ventilation duct so that the actual operating staff can reach it as much as possible. However, this kind of method is likely to jump away from some dust and waste, because the negative pressure standard that the ventilation duct cannot produce. The following methods can generate negative pressure standards.

驅(qū)動(dòng)力刷洗：用氣動(dòng)式或是電動(dòng)式的刷子將污跡刷動(dòng)，隨后廢棄物用和汽體清洗同樣的方式和方位被吸進(jìn)真空泵收集器中。這類方式規(guī)定盡量得當(dāng)心不會(huì)毀壞隔熱保溫材料的表面。

Driving force brushing: use pneumatic or electric brush to brush the dirt, and then the waste is sucked into the vacuum pump collector in the same way and direction as the steam cleaning. This kind of method stipulates that we should be careful not to damage the surface of thermal insulation materials.

汽體清洗：這類方式依靠聯(lián)接到通風(fēng)風(fēng)管的裝有噴頭的塑料軟管以運(yùn)輸空氣壓縮。設(shè)計(jì)方案噴頭促使空氣壓縮可以把灰塵和廢棄物驅(qū)逐進(jìn)去。而被空氣壓縮干好的廢棄物和灰塵則沿著被傳真空泵集器皿中。

Steam cleaning: This type of method relies on the plastic hose with nozzle connected to the ventilation duct to transport air for compression. The design of the nozzle enables air compression to expel dust and waste. The waste and dust compressed and dried by the air are transferred to the vacuum pump container along the way.
